Who is this training for?

This training is open to health & wellness practitioners, yoga teachers and yoga therapists and anyone with an interest in working with women.
This training is unique in that it is designed as an immersive experience, navigating the material in an exploratory way.

This training may not be right for you if...

You do not currently hold a qualification in an existing modality as it does not qualify you as a yoga teacher or therapist. This training is designed as professional development for health practitioners and advanced training for existing yoga teachers / yoga therapists. Should you wish to become a yoga teacher you are required to complete a minimum of 200HR teaching certificate.

Upcoming Dates

There are two weekends of immersive learning (with a week break in between) followed by a 6-week (meeting online once per week) program.

All live sessions are held via Zoom and time conversion is AEST or Brisbane, QLD Australia.

Frequently Asked Questions

No. You must complete the modules in order from 1 – 4 and participate in the entire 50hr training program.

You will need to be able to set aside 1 – 2 hours of study per week. This takes into account personal practice, reading and reflective journaling.

This is in addition to the hours required for live calls.

Yes. All of our live calls are recorded and replays made available inside of our online portal for you to access.

Yes. You will be able to download the recordings via the online portal.

You will have access to the course material via the online portal for 6-months (this includes the time of the course). Prior to the end of this 6-months you will be able to download what you want from the portal before your access ends.
