A trauma informed, integrated and holistic approach to improving women’s health outcomes.
Women’s Health is often medicalised and viewed through two lenses (Mind and / or Body). But we know that women are much more diverse than these categories allow for, particularly when it comes to health and healing.
Our approach sees the ‘whole’ woman and specifically uses the yogic model of the Koshas to tend to the intricate and individual needs of our clients.
We look at what’s happening at the level of the physical body, the energy body, the mind, the intellect and also spirit. Each revealing its own insights for practice and support for whole body health, wellness and healing.
Using a yoga therapy model of care we are seeking to understand the root cause of the issues women are presenting with and offer supportive resources.

Trauma informed Remedial Massage offers individuals a model of care that can provide thorough assessment of the needs of the physical body.
It can be very effective and supportive in calming an overstimulated nervous system (including anxiety, burn out, overwhelm) and for those who have experienced trauma.
Our approach to Remedial Massage is focused on supporting the individual needs of our clients nervous systems in an environment that feels safe and comfortable.
Weaving body work where appropriate with Yoga Therapy is a wonderful compliment.
