6 Week Online Women’s Yoga Immersion
Sangha संघ is the yogic term for ‘community’.
As we find ourselves in these increasingly uncertain times, women are looking to spaces where they feel held, supported and nourished in their feminine energy.
Yoga gifts us a natural way of aligning with the elemental rhythms both within and without the female body. When we move with intention through feminine practice, we cleanse, rejuvenate and raise our energetic vibration allowing our Shakti energy to free flow, creating a deeper connection to the meridian between our Heart & Womb space.
There is an understanding amongst those who teach these practices of blood wisdom. This is the deep knowing contained within a woman’s body that whilst may appear to have been absent, rather has been denied through societal conditioning. It is this conditioning that is slowly shedding, to reveal the living consciousness and true wealth that this wisdom brings, not just for women but for the whole planet.
Inside of you is a deep and tender inner teacher.
During this 6-week live online women’s yoga immersion we will flow through practices that awaken the feminine energy of the lifeforce within: prana shakti.
This immersion is open to ALL women whether you have done yoga or not and will focus on a weekly guided practice.
Each week’s practice will differ but may include:
- Hatha Flow
- Yoni Yoga
- Tantric and Kundalini feminine practices
- Yin Yoga
- Powerful breath work
- Mantra + sound
- Ritual + ceremony
- Guided meditations
When: 8:30 – 9:30pm AEST
Week 1: 5th August
Week 2: 12th August
Week 3: 19th August
Week 4: 26th August
Week 5: 2nd September
Week 6: 9th September
Each week’s session will be held via Zoom.
- Weekly guided practice with Kate and the Sangha of women
- Opportunity for reflection + journalling as a group
- Private messaging throughout to check in with Kate if you have questions about any aspect of the practice
I’ve never done yoga before, can I still participate?
Yes. This immersion is suitable for all women, whether you have done yoga or not.
Is this immersion suitable for pregnancy / postpartum?
Yes & Yes. There are some practices that we may modify slightly to ensure you feel nourished and supported.
