Yes. We have created a sacred hub for women to gather and share in the practice of yoga.
This is a great question! We are not your average studio. We specialise in nourishing the needs of women. It’s our passion and also what we are dedicated to embodying, practicing and teaching. All of our teachers are highly qualified and experienced in this space.
Yes. Bookings are essential. We have limited spaces thus require bookings to be made and paid for in advance. Bookings can be made in advance. We have capacity for 15 women. Practices are available for bookings 14 days in advance. Please do not come to the studio without a booking.
If you can no longer attend a class please cancel your booking as soon as possible, via your account on Punchpass at least 2 hours in advance. Any no-shows or late cancellations will forfeit the class (if on a class pass) or members will be charged $10.00
We do not offer refunds or exchanges.
We encourage you to bring your own mat (although we do have some at the studio you can also use if needed). We provide bolsters (with the use of your own towel) and blocks (must be cleaned after class with cleaning products provided).
No. Please arrive no earlier than 15 mins before your class and no later than 5 mins prior. Late entry will not be possible as we lock the studio door.
Our studio floors are marked with a sticker to indicate and help maintain appropriate distancing. Place the top left hand corner of your mat on the sticker. This will ensure you are appropriately spaced from the person next to you and we can fit the 15 students in comfortably.
Yes. You can add yourself to the waitlist via your account on Punchpass and you will be notified if a space becomes available. You will need to accept this spot if it is sent to you to be confirmed for the class.
No. Give your body a rest and prevent spreading infection by refraining from practice when you have a cold, flu or other sickness.
Please stay for the entire length of practice unless you become unwell during practice in which case speak with the teacher immediately. Staying for the full length of class including Savasana is an important aspect of our practice. If you MUST leave early for any reason other than illness, please discuss this with your teacher before class begins and understand that they may not be able to accommodate your request.
Yes. We have a dedicate studio carpark for your convenience. Please enter via the Core Movement carpark located in O’Reilly Street.
Yes. Next door to us are our friends at Core Movement. There is a bin cage here, accessed via the carpark, that you are welcome to lock your bike too.
Questions about Practice
Absolutely. All of our practices are suitable for beginners so if you’ve never done yoga before you are welcome to join in any that sparks your interest. Just let the teacher know that you’re new and we’ll make sure that you get the support you need to have a great experience.
We suggest that you wear something comfortable that you can easily move in.
If you have your own yoga mat then we suggest bringing that. If you don’t that’s ok, we have some you can borrow. You’ll also need a towel (bath size) if you want to use our bolsters and blocks. And don’t forget a bottle of water.
Yes of course. Our classes are suitable for you if you’ve never done yoga before. Simply let your teacher know this is your first time at the studio and we’ll make sure you feel really comfortable and have a great experience.
