This is a beautiful opportunity to sit in community with like minded people on similar paths, sharing knowledge and wisdom through sacred feminine practices.REGISTER
What is the meaning of Satsung?
Satsung means spiritual teaching. When we gather together each month Kate will share a yogic wisdom teaching (or number of teachings) to help you in embodying your practice as well as learning more about the system of yoga.
What is the meaning of Sangha?
Sangha means community so we celebrate with shared food and chats to wrap up our time together each month.
Is everything except the private 1:1 held on the same day?
Yes. We meet for 3 hours together each month (dates listed above). Part of this time we use for initiation into practice, Satsung and finish with Sangha.
How long are the private 1:1 sessions and are they in-person or online?
These sessions are 30 min check in sessions that are used to see how you are going with the Sadhana for that month as well as talk about anything else that may be present for you. The nature of these can vary greatly. Sometimes they are Kate guiding you through practice and other times a Satsung in and of itself. They can be held online via Zoom or in person.
How much time will I need to dedicate to this program?
You will need to allow approx 30 mins – 1 hour per day for personal practice in addition to the 3 hours we gather each month and your 30 min 1:1 session.
What if I’m not able to attend one of the in person initiations?
We have a number of students who will be part of this program online. Therefore if you are unable to attend the in-person initiation you can tune into the Thursday initiation online as well as access the recording. The dates for these are below.
