No matter by which culture a woman is influenced, she understands the words wild and woman intuitively. When women hear those words, an old, old memory is stirred and brought back to life. We have arrived at a point in time where we are all standing on the edge, whether we mean to or not. And from this edge we have a conscious choice to leap into the darkness, the unknown, or continue to rest in the safety of familiar social structures and conditioning.
You’re invited into this sacred, safe container for women, held and guided by Women’s Yoga Therapist Kate Payne and Women’s Health Physiotherapist and Body Conscious Guide Taryn Gaudin.
Into the Wild is an exploration into the Self through the lens of what it means to be woman.
Immerse yourself in yoga, meditation and breath practices, sacred ritual and ancient teachings and stories all with the intention of experiencing the vastness of your inner landscape, and reclaiming your creative power as woman.

Can I join from anywhere in the world?
Yes! You can join from anywhere in the world. This is an online, self led immersion that you can enjoy from the privacy of your home at any time and at your own pace.
How much time will I need to dedicate to the program?
This self led program is intended to be done over a 3-week period so if you choose to do it that way (and you don’t have to), then we recommend 10 mins per day for a short practice and approx 2 hours per week of Self study & reflection.
How do I receive the pieces listed above?
Once you join everything you will need to start your journey will be available via our online portal. You’ll receive a login upon purchase.
Do I have access to the practices and teachings after the immersion ends?
You will have access to everything in the online portal for 3 months from the intake date. This means you can journey back through the teachings at anytime during this period to deepen your understanding.

Taryn Gaudin
Taryn is a mother of 2 (soon to be 3) movement lover & outdoor adventurer. Taryn is a Women’s Integrated Pelvic Health Physiotherapist & Whole Body Connection Guide who offers a unique blend of evidence based physiotherapy with energy medicine – offering women practical guidance towards understanding their body in a physical & functional capacity, whilst honouring their desire for spiritual & emotional connection. Taryn a work is rooted in a deep appreciation for the connectedness of the spiritual, emotional & physical body. She believes YOU are the expert in your body & that when women have a positive connection to their whole body in a way that honours your natural rhythm; your relationships flourish, your creativity expands, your trust in your intuition deepens & your connection to your soul work expands. Taryn helps women connect to their whole body, in particular their pelvic space & feminine body. She often works with women who have experienced trauma helping them to reveal their own unique healing path.
Kate Payne
Kate is a natural space holder who weaves her knowledge and embodied experience of Eastern and Western modalities, offering a pathway for women to connect to their own inner guidance system and to trust in their ability to heal and thrive. She is a Mother of 2, Yoga Teacher & Therapist, Teacher Trainer and Remedial Massage Therapist. She supports women in creating space to deepen their awareness of their bodies, to hear their womb wisdom and to stand fully embodied in their own sovereignty. Kate is the co-founder of Higher States of Yoga, Yoga Mamas, and the co-host of the women’s health podcast series Wholeness. As a women’s health practitioner, and more than 20 years of yoga practice, Kate weaves yoga therapy, remedial massage, yin & restorative yoga, kundalini, ritual, sound healing and meditation. Paving the way for women to live a truly aligned life of connection to all aspects of their feminine form, throughout their entire lifecycle from menstruation to pregnancy & postpartum, into menopause and beyond.
